Hey all! I wanted to pop in and share my experience with Lin’s course.

The knowledge gained has cleared up a lot on the hardware side of things for me and my understanding overall has grown quite a bit. For example, I didn’t know much about cabling and now I do.

Also, the documentation she provides is excellent, so, studying up between classes is easy. I can refer back to the docs whenever I need to and Lin is very generous with the info. She has years and years of experience and has really poured her knowledge into these documents and this course.

Can’t forget to mention the excellent guest speakers. They too were very generous with the information given and were a lot of fun.

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share with you my experience with this online class – The Virtual school of sound. First I have to say that Lin is a very talented and experienced person in her field and also a great online teacher!

The format she chose to convey the information is simple and to the point.

She brings all the information she wants to talk about in a PDF format , which is great , I have time to read it and clarify some of the concepts we will dive into. Then during the actual class she illustrates this principles with lots of example, and nothing is better than real life examples …Lin has a tons of those to share.

Then the Homework are done every week at a level that is not intimidated but doable. All this happening a small group of students which allows to have all our questions answered for whatever different settings we all have…I’m glad to have made the decision to get into her virtual school of sound.
